Large Halo-WildStyle

Hand painted originals on very special halographic paper. I have saved this paper for years. This is my most favorite paper.

I've developed a process where I paint the black on and while the paint is drying, I quickly  scrape and wipe the gestures until a composition begins to form. It's a fun and fast process but very delicate and I only have one shot for each piece because of the quick drying time. I have to practice these gestures on scrap sheets first until I feel confident on my approach. 

Only a small few of these pieces were created in the series and I have been hoarding this very special paper for a long time.

The colors shift dramatically with the light.
